Coast Management of California (CMC) will actively manage your California homeowner association, providing superior service and results while achieving the lowest possible costs consistent with high quality service.
The accounting and financial reports we provide will be comprehensive, timely, and accurate. Our full-service management option includes a 24-hour, 365 days per year emergency response service.
Our staff is experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing first-rate service to our HOA clients. We are members of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI), the Channel Islands (Ventura) Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
CMC offers four types of management services: (1) Full-Service Management (2) Online Management (3) Financial Services Management, and (4) Accounting Services, which are described in detail on this website.
CMC provides management services to large homeowner associations located anywhere in California that may have a need for an on-site manager as well as small homeowner associations with as few as four units. We also manage commercial and industrial condominiums, mobile home park common interest developments, stock cooperatives, and mutual water companies.
Our president and CEO has more than 35 years of experience managing both large and small associations consisting of condominiums, planned developments, and stock cooperatives. They have included both garden-style and high-rise properties, as well as office and industrial condominiums.
